Retreat with Accommodation Only: Luxurious Stay to Enjoy Nature and Tranquility
No-meal, accommodation-only Plan. This Plan is for accommodation only and does not include meal preparation. You can enjoy meals at your preferred timing using the following options: ・Self-catering in the villa The living area is equipped with a spacious kitchen, complete with cooking utensils and cutlery. You can prepare your favorite dishes and enjoy your time freely. ・Enjoy BBQ A gas BBQ grill is installed on the terrace, allowing you to bring your favorite ingredients and enjoy outdoor cooking. ・Nearby restaurants and cafes The quiet and nature-rich Karuizawa-Oiwake area is dotted with stylish cafes and unique restaurants. You can also access Old Karuizawa Ginza, Harunire Terrace, and Karuizawa Shopping Mall by car in 10-15 minutes. For those who prefer a meal-inclusive option, please select "Plan B with BBQ Ingredients." Enjoy a special stay tailored to your style in the unique natural and tranquil setting of Karuizawa.

Experience an exclusive private & luxurious stay surrounded by Karuizawa's magnificent nature. In 2025, a private bar & fire pit space will be newly introduced! Guests can enjoy unlimited free-flow beverages including various alcoholic drinks during their stay for an even more indulgent experience. Enjoy complete privacy and luxury in this exclusive one-building rental amidst Karuizawa's stunning natural surroundings. Located in Oiwake on the west side of Karuizawa, this area is quiet and rich in nature. Nearby are stylish cafes and fine restaurants to explore. Additionally, major attractions such as Old Karuizawa Ginza Street, Harunire Terrace, and Karuizawa Shopping Mall are conveniently accessible within 10-15 minutes by car. *For groups of 7-9 guests, we will provide 1-3 futons in the loft space on the second floor.

The cleanliness was ...
The cleanliness was impressive and I was very satisfied. I would have been even more satisfied if there were amenities like coffee and pajamas, but the owner was very kind, so I was extremely pleased. It is quite spacious, so it is recommended for use by large groups.

Meals are not included in this Plan. If you would like meals, please select “Plan B [BBQ ingredients included]”. From June 2026, an Accommodation Tax has been introduced under Nagano Prefecture and Karuizawa Town ordinances. An Accommodation Tax of JPY 250 per person per night will be charged. It will be collected after check-out via the credit card you registered. Thank you for your understanding. This is a non-statutory purpose tax to protect Karuizawa’s natural environment and scenery and to promote tourism. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation.
