  The bathing issue is serious.

  First, when using the bath’s automatic button, the bathwater overflowed and kept running, which ended up draining the pump. As a result, only the shower could be used. It also takes far too long for hot water to refill. This is a serious issue with the Facility. In addition, the shower water pressure and flow are poor. Furthermore, the toilet was not cleaned properly.

  Spacious enough for 3 generations and 6 people! Enjoy the ultimate relaxation with modern facilities and a waterfront terrace.

  We stayed as a group of six, including my in-laws, my spouse, and our two children. In conclusion, everyone was extremely satisfied with the stay! The first thing that amazed us was the spaciousness and stunning design of the living room. With its high ceilings and open layout, it never felt cramped even with a large group. The terrace featured a "water garden," where the sound of flowing water created an extraordinary sense of relaxation that made us forget we were in a residential area. With multiple bedrooms available, my in-laws stayed in the Japanese-style room while we used the Western-style room. This arrangement allowed everyone to rest comfortably without any concerns—perfect for a three-generation trip. The kitchen facilities were state-of-the-art, allowing us to cook ingredients purchased at the morning market and enjoy a family party together. Features like underfloor heating ensured comfort for families with small children as well. As a base for exploring Takayama, this "perfect private villa" offered far more relaxation than any hotel could provide. We look forward to visiting again during another season!
