Introduction of the Plan
A simple Plan to stay in an eco-friendly cabin designed in harmony with the earth, featuring a large picture window that frames the natural scenery. SANU 2nd Home is a second home where you can step away from busy city life, experience nature with all five senses, and live by your own hands. ■Layout■ With 4-meter-high ceilings, this open space is a studio-style Room, gently divided by curved wood into a dining kitchen, workspace, and bed area. The spacious terrace is perfect for yoga or breakfast. (Indoor: 50 sqm / Terrace: 13 sqm) ■Facilities■ *For details, please see the Room description. Kitchen & Dining: 3-burner IH cooktop, refrigerator, rice cooker, microwave, toaster oven, microwave oven/oven combo unit, wine cellar, electric kettle, cookware, tableware & cutlery Seasonings: sugar, vinegar soy sauce (soy sauce), sea salt mirin cooking sake sesame oil olive oil salad oil pepper rock salt Living: sofa pellet stove (free) Bluetooth speaker projector set fire pit (firewood available for a fee; you may bring your own) Washroom: amenities (shampoo conditioner body soap hand soap) hair dryer towels Shared areas: washer-dryer (free) ■Paid items■ Seasonal dish (e.g., curry pizza etc.; contents vary) Coffee beans (for 2 cups) x4 3 types of natural wine Kindling firewood x3 Firewood x3 Please bring your own toothbrush and loungewear (pajamas), as well as personal amenities such as toner lotion and cleansing products. ■Capacity■ The maximum capacity is 4 guests; however bedding provided is two semi-double beds. (No extra bedding.) We recommend either 2 adults or up to 2 adults + 2 children of elementary school age or younger. ■Check-in / Check-out■ After registering for a SANU 2nd Home account you will be able to check in and unlock the door via the SANU 2nd Home web app. Please be sure to register in advance. ■Access■ - By car: approx. 12 minutes from Chuo Expressway Yamanakako IC - By public transportation: take the bus bound for Kawaguchiko/Yamanakako from Busta Shinjuku get off at “Nagakusou-mae” then walk about 10 minutes. - Search “SANU 2nd Home Yamanakako 1st” on Google Maps for the exact location. Car navigation systems may not show the correct location. ■Meals■ Dinner and breakfast are not provided. Please enjoy cooking in the kitchen with fresh local ingredients. ■Nearby information■ - Supermarket: Ogino Yamanakako Store (12 min by car) - Butcher shop: Nagaike Meat Shop (11 min by car) - Restaurants/Cafes: Yamanaka Terrace (8 min by car), Tacos 3hermanos (5 min by car) - Other Facilitys: Finnish-style sauna facility CYCL (2 min by car) ■■For winter stays■■ - If driving in mountainous areas winter tires or chains are required. For safety we recommend a 4WD vehicle. - Please clear snow yourself on stairs decks and parking areas using the provided shovel etc. - Depending on snowfall conditions use of the fire pit may be suspended. - To prevent frozen pipes keep water in the bathtub and do not turn off power to the water heater remote control panel.

Built with 100% domestically sourced wood and raised on an elevated foundation designed with care for the soil environment. Enjoy an airy interior with a 4-meter-high ceiling and expansive windows that bring in breathtaking views. The workspace and sleeping area are gently separated by curved wooden partitions, making it ideal for living, working, and relaxing. SANU CABIN BEE 2 semi-double beds 50 sqm indoor space + 13 sqm terrace *Maximum occupancy is 4 guests; however, bedding provided is limited to two semi-double beds (no extra bedding). Recommended for 2 adults, or up to 2 adults + 2 children of elementary school age or younger.*

Notice
SANU 2nd Home is made possible by each guest treating the property with care, as if it were their own home, and following proper etiquette. Please be sure to observe the following house rules during your stay. ・Please wash and dry all dishes and return them to their original place. ・Campfires and BBQs are allowed until 10:00 PM. After 10:00 PM, please keep noise to a minimum. ・For safety reasons, campfires and fireworks must be done only in the designated fire area. (All cabins are wooden.) ・Smoking is permitted only on the terrace or in the designated fire area. ・Smoking is strictly prohibited indoors at all locations (including e-cigarettes and heated tobacco products). ・Please separate your trash and dispose of it at the trash station before checkout. *If these house rules are not followed and additional cleaning or compensation is required, a compensation fee of JPY 5,500 (tax included) will be automatically charged.* *The maximum occupancy is 4 guests; however, bedding provided consists of two semi-double beds only (no extra bedding). We recommend up to 2 adults, or 2 adults plus up to 2 children of elementary school age or younger.*
Depending on availability, even with a Multiple Night Stay Reservation, we may not be able to provide the same Room for your entire stay. We will do our best to keep you in the same Room; however, please note that we may ask you to change Rooms during your stay.
