Due to the spread of infectious diseases in Yamanashi Prefecture, we may take the following measures to ensure the safety and health of our guests and staff. We kindly ask for your understanding in advance. ・We will conduct temperature checks upon arrival, and if you have a fever of 37.5°C or higher or exhibit cold symptoms such as coughing, we may deny entry. Additionally, to prepare for any potential infections, we will confirm the contact information of guests using identification documents. ・We kindly request that you follow basic infection prevention measures, such as regular hand sanitization with alcohol, practicing proper cough etiquette, and maintaining physical distance while on the premises. ・Please wear a mask at all times except when eating or drinking. (We recommend wearing non-woven masks.) ・Refrain from speaking loudly, and cooperate with regular ventilation indoors (approximately every 30 minutes). ・Please limit your meal time to within 90 minutes. ・If you feel unwell, please inform us immediately. If symptoms suggest a possible infection, we will contact the Yamanashi Prefecture Consultation Center for Medical Institutions and follow their instructions.
