About a 1-hour drive from the city center, this 160 m² oceanfront villa opens onto a calm sea right before your eyes. A sandy beach is just steps away, offering the open feel of a private beach. Accommodates up to 8 guests. Child Sharing Existing Bedding is free (infants only). Dog-friendly villas are also available. Each villa features a private sauna (up to 110°C) and a cold plunge bath. Enjoy self-service löyly with your favorite aroma, then relax outdoors on the balcony or terrace while feeling the sea breeze. In addition to an infinity pool, you can enjoy a wide range of marine activities such as SUP, sea kayaking, snorkeling, diving, and fishing. On clear days, you may even see Mt. Fuji beyond the sea. Both the 1st and 2nd floors are equipped with full kitchens, and you’re welcome to bring your own ingredients and drinks. Cook to your heart’s content with friends, enjoy meals together, or have a BBQ on the terrace—spend your dining time just as you like. A fire pit and a 120-inch projector TV are also provided. We can also help arrange surprise setups for birthdays and anniversaries. Play in the ocean, unwind in the sauna, and spend time with loved ones—or your dog. Enjoy an exceptional getaway by the Boso coast with the sea always close by.

  • It was a very comfortable stay.

    Thank you for your very kind support, including answering our questions in advance, which made our trip truly comfortable. We were a little worried about the weather, but it was mostly cloudy, and even when it rained it was only a light drizzle, so we were able to enjoy the BBQ as well. The BBQ oven was set up just outside on the terrace under a roof, so we could use it with peace of mind. The Room was extremely clean, and all the amenities were stylish. There was also a washing machine, which was very convenient for doing laundry on site. We would love to stay again. Thank you very much for everything.

  • I visited Beach Terrace Boso.

    We stayed as a family of six—four adults and two children (my husband and our daughter’s family).The moment we opened the front door, the ocean view filled our sight, and everyone let out cheers without even thinking.As soon as we entered the Room, the grandchildren practically rushed us straight into the jacuzzi.After that, we went in the pool, then headed down to the beach to play.After being outside, we enjoyed a large bath in the bathroom.The large ReFa premium shower was wonderfully comfortable, and even the shampoo and conditioner were ReFa.We also tried the hair dryer and hair iron.Then we relaxed in the sauna.Even the toiletries—like French diptyque oils—were luxurious in every detail.It had been raining heavily for days, so we came prepared for more rain that day as well, but we were treated to a beautiful sunset—and could even see the top of Mt. Fuji floating above it.The refrigerator was packed with premium ingredients: beautifully marbled beef, shrimp, scallops, abalone, and plenty of fresh vegetables.Freshly grilled food with cold beer was unbeatable.In addition to beer, there was also wine; canned shochu highballs; orange juice; milk; and more—perfectly stocked.The next morning we had fresh salad, juice, and French toast.Everything was delicious.Although it ended up raining just as forecast that day, both kids and adults had an incredibly rich, luxurious time together.We would love to come again!
