*The Oizumi area of Hokuto City is at a high elevation (approx. 1,000 m). During winter (from December to around mid-March), roads may freeze. If you are driving, we recommend using studless winter tires. As this Facility is located in a natural environment, mosquitoes, horseflies, black flies, and bees may be present, as well as wild animals such as deer, wild boar, foxes, and squirrels. Please take basic precautions such as minimizing exposed skin and using insect repellent items. Enjoy nature while avoiding unnecessary disturbance. In particular, please do not leave leftover food outdoors. *Regarding summer stays There is no air conditioning in the second-floor bedroom. While this 1,000 m elevation area is naturally cool and nighttime temperatures are typically in the low 20s °C even in summer, it may feel slightly warmer than before. Please make your Reservation with this in mind when staying during summer. *Regarding cleaning for a Multiple Night Stay For guests staying 3 nights or more on a Multiple Night Stay, we provide indoor cleaning service once every two days. *Noise As the surrounding area is quiet and residential-like, please be considerate of neighbors. From 9:00 PM to 7:00 AM, please refrain from speaking loudly outdoors (including on the wood deck) and from using music players or speakers. If we receive noise complaints from neighbors, this will be treated as a breach of prohibited items under the contract; your stay will be terminated and you will be required to check out immediately.
