  • Stay at a Chef’s Home

We chose this Accommodation after seeing photos and Reviews saying the food is incredibly delicious. We travel twice a week, and among the many Accommodations we’ve stayed at, the meals here were truly top-class. It really felt like we came to stay at an Accommodation run by a chef. We’re a bit shy, but they spoke with us in a way that wasn’t too close or too distant, so we had a wonderful time. This time it was just the two of us, but next time we’d like to bring our parents as well.

Blend into the nature of the Izu Peninsula.

The Izu Peninsula is a geopark, a grand natural park where you can enjoy dynamic landscapes. It features numerous landmarks that let you feel the history of the Earth, including Mount Omuro. In spring, it begins with Kawazu cherry blossoms; in summer, the green carpet of Mount Omuro; in autumn, pampas grass and colorful leaves; and in winter, a crystal-clear starry sky. bekka izu is an accommodation located at the foot of Mount Omuro—a slightly unique-shaped mountain standing tall on this land of Izu. From your room, you can also enjoy great views of Mount Omuro. Take in the magnificent scenery from this prime spot to your heart's content.

Breathe it in, feel it on your skin, savor it with all your senses.

In the evening, relax at the outdoor terrace lounge, surrounded by the cool night breeze flowing from the Omuroyama area and a sky full of stars. The terrace is equipped with an ethanol fireplace, making it a perfect spot to enjoy drinks from the mini-bar while sharing special moments with friends or family. The next morning, immerse yourself in the fresh air of the Izu Peninsula as you sip coffee and read a book or unwind with yoga. The gentle chirping of birds can be heard in the distance. At bekka izu, away from the hustle and bustle of city life, we hope you take a moment to focus on your breath and heart while indulging your senses.
