Hop in the car with your dog and head to a nearby market to find fresh ingredients. Here, you can enjoy experiences that are hard to come by in the city. On the property, your dog can run freely on the lawn, and our thoughtfully designed private space offers a sauna and pool for a truly extraordinary stay. Enjoy a BBQ in the garden with local ingredients, then gather around the fire pit after sunset—surely a moment to remember.     If you love saunas, campfires, and quiet surroundings, this is the place to go.The sauna layout is very well designed.You can dive into the pool straight from the sauna, then relax either on a chair or in front of the campfire—perfect for unwinding.We stayed for a Multiple Night Stay, and it would be even better if there were a vacuum cleaner available for longer stays.* Drinks are all-inclusive.There was a good selection and quantity, which we really appreciated!There’s also a 7-Eleven, FamilyMart, a supermarket, and a drugstore nearby, so you won’t have any trouble if you need anything.

  • Stylish, clean, and charming vacation rental

    We stayed for two nights with two infants and three generations in their 20s and 50s. Everyone's feedback: "It was amazing!!" On the day of arrival, we enjoyed the beach at Kazusa-Minamoto and the private villa's pool with the infants. On a rainy second day, we strolled along the river to a nearby beach, enjoyed fireworks at a covered fire pit, and adults were delighted with the spacious and clean sauna. The beds were comfortable, and everything from the kitchen to the fully automatic washing machine to the bathroom was functional, allowing us to stay comfortably without any issues. The barbecue ingredients were excellent, and delivery sushi from a nearby restaurant was also very delicious. Before our stay, they carefully confirmed our preferences in detail. Unlike hotels, meal times were entirely flexible—this made us very satisfied! The reason for deducting stars is that cleaning up after meals naturally increased our workload compared to staying at a hotel (which is understandable). Additionally, while the bathroom was spacious and clean without any issues, it wasn't equipped with an automatic water heater—but this wasn’t really a problem either. There were plenty of easy-to-use towels available—even extra ones for sauna use—which was very helpful! We would love to stay here again!!

As the sauna temperature exceeds 90°C, it will satisfy even those seeking a truly authentic sauna experience. Of course, you can also enjoy löyly. It is available to all guests regardless of the Plan. The outdoor tub can be used as a cold plunge or filled with warm water. We also provide two shower hoses for versatile use, such as washing your dog’s paws.

The pool is available year-round. The water is changed daily. Taking a dip under the sun is truly refreshing! In winter, it can also be used as a cold plunge after the sauna. Enjoy a relaxing “totonoi” experience by the pool.

BBQ

Multipurpose Garden Bench & BBQ Grill

After the sun sets, spending time talking while watching the flames is truly special. The garden bench is designed for you to relax comfortably. It can be used for many purposes, such as taking a break by the pool, enjoying a BBQ, or gathering around the fire pit. Firewood for the fire pit is also provided. The BBQ grill uses charcoal, so you can enjoy its aroma as well. Charcoal can be purchased on-site at the Facility. We also provide work gloves, a lighter, and tongs—so you only need to bring the essentials! If you wish, we also offer a Plan that includes BBQ ingredients.
