Est ed.1, nestled in the forest, had its grand opening in the summer of 2023. Located at the foot of the Yatsugatake Mountains at an altitude of approximately 1,000 meters, this fully private villa offers a one-building rental experience. In summer, it serves as a cool retreat, in autumn, you can enjoy the stunning fall foliage, and in winter, the serene and breathtaking scenery will captivate you. Art pieces are scattered throughout the space, creating an environment that stimulates the brain of those who view and feel them. The Facility includes a pool, sauna, open-air bath, outdoor BBQ area, and a fire pit for campfires, allowing you to enjoy it year-round.

In summer and even until November in winter, the hot water system allows usage. In winter, it can also be used as a cold water bath after a sauna. With Australian-made cushion sheets, it offers a pleasant touch, and at night, LED lighting creates a magical atmosphere. Float-type rings are also provided. There is also a shower for pool use.

This is the first infinity-type jacuzzi in the country, suitable for up to four adults.

This is a wood-burning stove sauna that can accommodate approximately six people. Aromas are also provided for a refreshing experience with the löyly method. The sauna is equipped with dedicated sauna robes, hats, and mats. With glass walls, you can enjoy views of the pool and garden. Additionally, the relaxation area features two sauna chairs.

A stylish bathroom designed by an international brand, allowing you to stretch your legs. Equipped with a rain shower.

You can prepare yourself or do your makeup while chatting using the face-to-face mirror. An LED-equipped magnifying mirror is also available. We provide Aesop facial cleansers, aroma candles, hand gel, hand cream, and room spray. Two Dyson hair dryers are prepared for your use. In addition to bath towels, hand towels, and washcloths, bathrobes are also available. A towel warmer is also provided. During winter, you can stay comfortable with floor heating and air conditioning.

You can cook using the IH stove. Other appliances include an oven microwave, toaster pro, kettle, coffee maker, and rice cooker. Cooking utensils provided are pots, pans, a vegetable spinner, wine cooler, bowls & colanders, general cutlery, a peeler, slicer, tongs, plates, glasses, coffee cups, etc. Additionally, we provide wrap, foil, mittens, kitchen paper, sponges, dishwashing detergent, and seasonings (salt, pepper, olive oil).

The dining table is spacious and can accommodate six people. Scandinavian-designed chairs and lighting fixtures create a charming atmosphere. In the living room, you can relax while enjoying art or the view outside.

There are two bedrooms: one with 2 Queen beds and another with 2 Semi-Double beds. Each Room is equipped with a dresser. The space is spacious and tranquil, complete with reading lights and USB ports.

This is a gas BBQ grill, perfect for cooking large steaks and vegetables together. It is easy to operate and ensures delicious results. The outdoor area is equipped with a sink, cooking utensils, dishes, plastic wrap, and foil. For insect protection, we provide mosquito repellents and coils. The BBQ area has a roof, and the tables come with parasols, allowing you to enjoy BBQ even in light rain.

You can enjoy a cozy campfire. A campfire in nature brings warmth and relaxation. Chairs and benches are available, so gather around with everyone and have fun making marshmallow sandwiches!
