Opened in July 2023. A rental villa where you can stay with your beloved dog. There are two villas: one with a gray and black theme, and the other with a silver and white theme. The room layouts are identical. Located just a 4-minute walk to the shores of Lake Yamanaka with a view of Mt. Fuji, and a 6-minute walk to terrace-seating pet-friendly restaurants, cafes, and convenience stores. The villa features a private grassy dog run, BBQ facilities, pet amenities, an outdoor faucet shower, and an oversized projection screen. Enjoy walks with your dog around the lakeside or outdoor experiences on the lake that allow dogs to join.

  • New Facility amenities.

    As the property is relatively new, the building, Facility, and amenities were all new and spotless.The appliances were thoughtfully selected too—I liked them so much I wanted to use them at home, and I even bought some after returning.Since it is set a little back from the road,we were able to spend our time in peace and quiet.We also encountered wild rabbits and deer, which made it feel like a true getaway.Despite the typhoon’s impact,we still enjoyed a barbecue!Our dog seemed to have a great time as well.We would love to stay again.

  • It was wonderful.

    We stayed with our family of four and our dog. The view of Mt. Fuji from the window was beautiful and breathtaking.We also received welcome drinks and a cute original bag as a gift, which made our New Year holiday truly wonderful.Thank you very much.

Reservation dates are generally released one day at a time starting 90 days in advance. If there are no system issues, reservations will be released around 04:10 every morning. Please note that reservations cannot be accepted during media coverage or facility closure days.

During high seasons (Golden Week, Obon, Silver Week, year-end and New Year holidays, and other consecutive holidays), reservation openings may be slightly delayed beyond the usual 90-day period to allow customers requesting multiple night stays to book together.

If a customer who has contacted us in advance is in the process of rebooking their reservation, we will decline any new reservations made by others during this time. Thank you for your understanding.

Each customer is allowed up to two active reservations within the booking period (excluding multiple night stay purposes). A third reservation will be canceled.

We rent our accommodation to guests who agree to the Dog-Friendly Accommodation Policy (detailed on surrounding or other pages). Please refrain from allowing your dog to use the bed designated for owners. Dogs are allowed in the first-floor bedroom but are kindly requested not to climb onto the bed. Additionally, access to the second-floor loft is not permitted for dogs. Please bring your dog's bedding, crate, or carrier, and bath towels. Up to two crates are available for rent at an additional cost. If you wish to rent a crate, please contact us at bedsdogrun@gmail.com.
Breakfast- Meals are not provided. The villa is equipped with a kitchen, along with tableware and dish soap. - You can enjoy BBQ on the terrace. We provide a BBQ grill, mesh rack, tongs, and fan; however, please bring your own charcoal, ingredients, and seasonings. - There are pet-friendly restaurants with terrace seating in the surrounding area.
