VILLA SAISON FUJI

With a maximum ceiling height of 5 meters, this villa features a living-dining area and kitchen, with three bedrooms accommodating up to 10 guests. Bedding is as follows: Bedroom 1: 1 king bed; Bedroom 2: 4 single beds; Bedroom 3: 2 bunk beds (4 single beds total).

There is a karaoke room and an amusement area on the 1st floor, and three Japanese-style Rooms on the 2nd floor. The 1st floor is available for your use at any time, but the 2nd floor can be used only with a Reservation for 11 or more guests. Bedding (futons) is as follows: Bedroom 1: two single beds; Bedroom 2: two single beds; Bedroom 3: three futon sets. The Rooms available to you will vary depending on the number of guests in your party.

A private pool with a direct, front-facing view of Mt. Fuji. South-facing and filled with gentle sunlight, the pool is a full-scale design measuring 7 m long, 4 m wide, and 1.2 m deep. At night, it is illuminated and takes on a different look as it shifts from emerald green to deep blue.

Introducing a rare, high-design sauna—only the second of its kind in the world. Its octagonal, fully glass-walled structure lets you enjoy everything from a sun-warmed low-temperature sauna (40–60°C) to an intense high-temperature sauna of around 100°C. Paired with a jacuzzi and unobstructed front-facing views of Mt. Fuji, this offers a truly one-of-a-kind sauna experience.

Our expansive 300-tsubo dog run features natural grass and a wide-open outdoor space. Large dogs will love it, with plenty of room to run freely. It’s perfect for burning off energy and strengthening the bond with your pet.

Pets stay free of charge; only dogs are allowed, including large breeds. Up to 4 pets may stay per booking.\nWe also provide a variety of pet amenities.

By the pool, we offer a dedicated BBQ deck. With a roof overhead, you can stay cool in the summer heat and enjoy it comfortably even on rainy days. The gas grill is the Monarch by Broil King, loved worldwide—feel free to use it. A BBQ by the pool while gazing at Mt. Fuji is sure to be an unforgettable experience.

You can enjoy a campfire experience at the fire pit. Add firewood, warm yourself, and sip coffee as you chat for hours. We also recommend trying “s’mores”—toasted marshmallows and chocolate sandwiched between cookies.

The multipurpose space can be used for meetings and other gatherings. It is a user-friendly rectangular room measuring 6.8 m wide × 11.6 m deep (78.8 m²), ideal for corporate training sessions and social events. There is also an amusement area with table tennis, billiards, air hockey, and darts, so you can enjoy your time even on rainy or stormy days.

Enjoy free access to a networked karaoke system with the latest songs. It is located in the Japanese-style living room on the 1st floor of the annex, so please feel free to enjoy it along with the villa’s living room. Open the striking pine sliding doors to reveal a large TV and karaoke equipment. In winter, it becomes a kotatsu, making kotatsu karaoke a unique experience.

A garden with natural lawn spread across the property. A pleasant space also used for weddings, events, and photo shoots. Surrounded by a 3-meter-high wall, it offers a vast sky and a symbolic tree rarely seen in the city—an expansive natural setting where you can truly relax and feel refreshed in both body and mind.

On the west side of the property is a landscaped hill. It overflows with dazzling greenery, and in autumn it turns vivid red with large maple trees in full fall color. Enjoy the view from your bedroom or take a peaceful morning or evening stroll.
