A private villa limited to one group per day, embodying “rebirth” by weaving time from the past into the future.

"An Inn Colored by Local Culture" - Exclusive One-Group, One-Building Rental [Indulge in the Culinary Delights of Awaji Island with a Private Course Meal by a Local Chef] Awaji Island, the birthplace of Japan as depicted in the opening of the Kojiki. In this land described in the myth of the creation of the nation, "Kotam" was born as a Property embodying "revival." Blending traditional aesthetics with modern design, the space itself expresses the "revival" of the creation myth. Reflect on the faintly lingering scenes of the past and spend a rich and fulfilling time with your loved ones. We offer a Plan that includes a course meal prepared right before your eyes by a chef from Awaji Island. Enjoy a special dinner time with the abundant ingredients of Awaji Island, the island of gourmet delights. The meal-inclusive Plan offers two options: an Italian course and sushi.
