At our Accommodation, we are committed to “barrier-free hospitality,” so that guests with diverse physical or mental needs, as well as elderly guests, can truly relax and enjoy their stay.
1. Loan of power strips
We lend Facility power strips to guests who require electricity due to a disability, such as users of powered wheelchairs or ventilators.
2. Loan of assistance dog supplies
We lend mats and bowls for assistance dogs.
3. Guidance on temporary pick-up/drop-off space
If there is no designated accessible parking space, we will guide you to a nearby area where you can temporarily stop close to the entrance to reduce physical strain.
4. Securing clear pathways
To allow smooth wheelchair access, we may rearrange tables, chairs, and other items as needed.
5. Providing a calm space
For guests with developmental disabilities or sensory sensitivities, we can provide a private room for resting, a space with reduced stimuli (sound/light/odors), or partitions that help block visual distractions.
6. Clear explanations
With consideration for guests with developmental disabilities, we provide clear and easy-to-understand explanations using information panels, brochures, and other materials.
