We aim to create an Accommodation that guests will say is “the main reason for the trip is staying at 3rd HOUSE.” We are confident that our location and Facilities have been prepared to the highest standard to ensure your satisfaction. Above all, we have put the most effort into our concierge service. Once we receive your Reservation, your dedicated concierge will first contact you by email or phone. We will listen to your requests, make suggestions as needed, and prepare personalized hospitality for each guest. During your stay, one dedicated concierge will be assigned exclusively to your group. While we are not former concierges from a luxury Hotel, we are committed to providing the best hospitality possible. For example, if you ask, “Please arrange a cake from Le Meur Kamakurayama for a celebration,” or “Please pick up Kurumicco from Kamakura Benitani as a souvenir,” we will do our best to help. For active guests, we offer e-bikes, electric scooters, and pedal-assist bicycles for smooth travel on busy roads, as well as sand-play and sea-fishing sets and SUP boards. For guests who prefer to relax at home, we provide a rooftop BBQ set, sauna, and jacuzzi bath. In the LDK area, you can also enjoy AV equipment for various games, cooking tools and tableware of all kinds, and the latest massage chair—all available free of charge. Please enjoy an extraordinary escape surrounded by the sea and mountains of historic Kamakura.

  • A perfect way to treat your family.

    We stayed in the West Wing with my parents, siblings, nieces and nephews, and our family—6 adults, 3 children, and 2 dogs.Everyone was thrilled, and it became a wonderful travel memory.As we were celebrating a special occasion, we asked for balloon decorations and to purchase fireworks.For meals, we hired a private chef.Inamuragasaki holds many memories for us.With the ocean right in front of us—and no power lines visible from inside—it was truly a special location.Since the kids are still small, they were overjoyed to use the rooftop jacuzzi like a pool instead of going into the sea.The adults could watch them safely and relax while enjoying the ocean view in complete comfort.The food was also excellent—hiring a private chef was absolutely the right choice.We also got to try out karaoke that you’re considering introducing as a service. Our child who loves singing was delighted and held onto the microphone nonstop.At night we enjoyed fireworks and made so many great memories with the kids.Everything was prepared in such a comfortable setting—easy for adults and fun for children.Our surfer family members even went into the ocean twice.It truly was an amazing place.We highly recommend it for family trips.We will definitely be back again.Thank you very much.

  • I’d love to stay here again!

    Six of us stayed for a 2-night Multiple Night Stay in the East Wing.We had wanted to stay here for some time, and it was an outstanding Facility that exceeded our expectations!Spending time taking in the breathtaking views from the living room and bedrooms was pure luxury.The Accommodation was impeccably clean and comfortably cool throughout, even in the hallways. The well-appointed bathrooms, complimentary drinks, and free rental games and equipment made our stay truly effortless and comfortable. We enjoyed playing video games and using the basketball court. The drone filming service at check-out was also a great touch.The concierge service was exceptionally courteous and professional. They helped with restaurant reservations, purchasing a cake on our behalf, recommending a bakery, and assisting with bringing the car around—thank you for all your support. Even though we were staying multiple nights, we also appreciated the towel replacement and trash collection after the first night.This is an Accommodation where you can be completely satisfied just by being there without going out.We would love to visit again.Next time, we’d like to take things a bit slower and enjoy more of the Hotel experience!

Once your booking is confirmed, your concierge will contact you by phone or email, so we kindly ask for your cooperation in completing the questionnaire and reviewing the in-house guide. “Want to celebrate with a surprise,” “want to enjoy great local food,” “want to try surfing,” “want to create something memorable,” or “just want to relax”—please share any vision you have for your stay.
