  • Family Trip

    This trip was planned so my elderly mother could travel while she still can.We really appreciated being given a Room close to the car, which was very helpful.We had a comfortable stay throughout.The bath in particular had wonderfully silky water, and we were very satisfied.There were plenty of drinks available, which was great, but it would have been even better if tea bags were provided so we could have hot tea.We borrowed some board games and enjoyed them together—it was a lot of fun.We had a wonderful time.Thank you very much.

  • New sauna installed

    This was my third visit. I happened to find out on IKYU.com that a new sauna had been installed, so I made a Reservation. My previous two visits were during the off-season winter for glamping, so even though it was a revisit, I enjoyed it with a fresh feeling. The breakfast style and services seem to change slightly every time I visit, which can be confusing, but it's clear that you're trying to improve through trial and error. Please keep up the great work! I'm looking forward to my next visit. It was almost perfect, but the air conditioning in the bedroom wasn't working well—improving this would be greatly appreciated. Thank you for your hospitality!
