【About Pool Hygiene】 - The pool at our villa operates on a 24-hour circulation system. - Chlorine levels are measured at 10:00 AM and 3:00 PM daily. (Free residual chlorine concentration is maintained between 0.4mg/L and 1.0mg/L.) - For safety, chlorine levels will also be checked during multiple night stays. - Children wearing diapers must use "swim diapers" and wear swimwear before entering the pool. - Please shower before and after using the restroom, as well as before entering or after exiting the pool. - After leaving the pool, please rinse off in the shower again. - Guests prohibited from swimming by a doctor, those suspected of having infectious diseases, or those under heavy intoxication are not allowed to use the pool. - Please do not share towels with others. 【Measures to Prevent COVID-19 Spread】 To prioritize guest safety and peace of mind, our facility has implemented the following measures against COVID-19: 【Our Facility's Initiatives】 - As a private accommodation for one group per day, you can enjoy your stay without encountering other guests from check-in to check-out. - Check-in is conducted face-to-face. - All guests are requested to cooperate with temperature checks and health condition confirmations. - Hand sanitizers are provided throughout the facility. - Air purifiers and ceiling fans in high ceilings promote ventilation within the facility. - High-touch areas such as doorknobs, remote controls, light switches, intercoms, refrigerators, and kitchen appliances are thoroughly disinfected. - During check-out procedures, windows will be opened for ventilation while maintaining a distance of over 2 meters from guests. - Staff members wear masks at all times. - Staff undergo temperature checks before work and practice frequent handwashing, gargling, and hand sanitization. - Windows are opened during cleaning for proper ventilation.
