A special vacation to indulge in luxury. The villa located on Toi Beach facing Suruga Bay is a unique place to enjoy the resort. You can rent the entire villa. Limited to a maximum of 6 people per group. Enjoy to your heart's content.
First, head to the main building to check in. Check-in was quick, and after parking the car it was just a 1-minute walk to the villa. The exterior was simple, but the moment we opened the front door, a breathtaking view spread out before us. There were two fluffy beds upstairs and one downstairs, plus a futon set up for one person in the Japanese-style room—we were excited deciding where to sleep. Since we checked in toward evening, the sunset was stunning and incredibly relaxing.This time we made a Reservation for breakfast only, and it was delivered around 9:00 a.m. the next morning. The portions were generous and left us happily full from the start of the day: delicious sausages, yogurt, plenty of salad, scrambled eggs, and rich corn soup—everything was outstanding. We ate at the first-floor counter while looking out at the ocean, which was perfect. You can also step straight out to the beach in seconds, so we were completely satisfied.
南多摩シスターズ 3/17/2026A wonderful location along the coastline north of Koibito Misaki in Nishi-Izu.As soon as you pass through the entrance, the sandy beach and sea are right in front of you—an amazing setting.Spacious and very clean.It was a great chance to escape the city bustle and enjoy having “nothing” around.

To the north of the villa lies the Kotori Beach, a serene stretch of sand where the beautiful Kotori River, home to fireflies, flows into a tranquil cove. This popular shallow beach is perfect for relaxation. Even beginners can fully enjoy SUP on the calm and peaceful waters. Whether you're looking to indulge in resort activities or simply unwind, this Vacation Rental provides a welcoming and comfortable experience for all.
CYCLING
At BLUE ARK, we offer free bicycle rentals. Ride along the winding roads rich in undulating terrain and natural scenery along the coastline, enjoying the refreshing sea breeze and the beauty of nature in every season. We recommend three cycling courses, including exploring the Onsen town of Toi and visiting historical sites. Additionally, you can enjoy trekking on the Nishi-Izu promenade, which runs north to south through Nishi-Izu, starting from our facility. There are 10 well-maintained walking trails, including ancient paths weaving through mountains from beautiful beaches, as well as routes that explore Onsen towns and scenic spots.
Kitchen
The first floor features a convenient kitchen. Equipped with an IH cooking heater, you can freely enjoy cooking, whether preparing BBQ or winter hot pot. Occasionally, a skilled cook among your family or friends can showcase their talents, sit at the counter table facing the sea, and leisurely enjoy a drink, or easily prepare a midnight snack.
