※During the New Year holiday, the "First Sunrise Plan" is available for reservations of two nights or more.
- Submission of guest information (passport/ID for foreign nationals) is mandatory. Entry is prohibited for anyone not declared at the time of reservation.
For security purposes and to prevent unauthorized access or misuse, security cameras are installed outdoors.
- The accommodation is located in a quiet residential area. Any actions or noise that may disturb neighbors are strictly prohibited.
- Smoking is prohibited throughout the entire building and premises. A penalty fee will be charged if smoking, including cigarette butts or odors, is detected.
- Use of fire-related items such as BBQs, fireworks, and candles is strictly prohibited (including indoors, gardens, roadsides, and other outdoor areas).
- Pets are not allowed on the premises.
- The water feature on-site is not a pool; please do not enter it.
- The water feature and rooftop areas are restricted zones; entry is prohibited.

- Due to a military base within 300 meters of the property, drone flights and aerial photography are restricted in this area.
Violations may result in actions or penalties by law enforcement authorities.

- In case house rules or terms of use are violated, penalty fees as well as repair or compensation costs (starting from 50,000 yen) will be charged.
Depending on circumstances, immediate eviction may also be enforced—please take note carefully.
