  • My second visit to Hizenhama, and my first time at Mitsutake Sake Brewery.

    I previously stayed at the auberge run by Fukuchiyo Shuzo, and when I learned they had another concept Accommodation, I chose this one for my visit.Having the entire building to ourselves was great—we could relax without worrying about staff. The kaiseki dinner was also delicious.The stay included a brewery tour, and the president’s talk was fascinating. As a sake lover, it was a truly valuable experience. Thank you very much.*One small point: there is a gap in the door separating the bathroom and changing area, so water from the shower soaked the changing area. It might help to seal it with rubber or something similar.*

  • An Accommodation worthy of a special occasion

    We stayed in 2F Tara no Mine. The refined space was very relaxing. This Accommodation is highly recommended for a special occasion. Breakfast was also delicious. The sake brewery tour was thoughtfully guided, and we really enjoyed it.
