Blue Room
Two buildings renovated from traditional architecture in Yame Fukushima, preserving the historic townscape: the Former Tsukamoto Residence and the Former Marubayashi Honke Warehouse. Both are adorned with furniture and furnishings crafted by artisans from Kyushu, particularly Yame, utilizing local materials and techniques. We hope you can fully experience the future of craftsmanship we envision through the two Rooms themed around indigo and bamboo.
At Craft Inn [té], we serve breakfast featuring an abundance of local vegetables, presented in an original wooden bucket crafted by Matsunobu Craft using wood and bamboo. Enjoy it alongside a hearty soup. For preschool children, we offer a breakfast consisting of rice balls, soup, and a selection of side dishes.
Craft Inn is located less than a 10-minute walk from [té] the former Tsukamoto Residence, featuring shops such as "Unagi no Nedoko Kyuu Terasaki-tei," specializing in handicrafts from the Chikugo region and the whole country, and "Unagi no Nedoko Kyuu Marubayashi Honke," focusing on Kurume Kasuri monpe.
