Architect Junzo Yoshimura, who created numerous masterpieces in modern Japanese architecture, designed this historic masterpiece known as "Shonan Akiya House." In 2015, Funny hours inherited and renovated it, preserving Yoshimura's essence throughout, transforming it into a special antique villa where the entire family can spend time together, now reborn as HAYAMA Funny house.

Approximately one hour from the city center. A residence in Minami Hayama with tranquil seas and abundant nature. The bright interior, based on white tones, offers a calm and healing space. On the private terrace of approximately 50 square meters facing the ocean, you can enjoy BBQs, yoga, and more as you wish.

From the chic and spacious living room, step onto the open-air balcony, located approximately one hour from the city center. Enjoy the breathtaking views of the expansive sea, the majestic Mount Fuji, and the stunning sunset from the top floor of this residence situated in the renowned villa area of Minami Hayama.

It was comfortable.
It was comfortable for having a BBQ with friends. The jacuzzi was also great.
