[Check-in Method]
Our staff will greet you at the chalet and conduct an in-person check-in. At that time, guests who do not reside in Japan are required to present their passport. All guests are also required to pay the Accommodation Tax, provide a damage deposit, and sign an accommodation agreement form in accordance with the Ryokan Business Act. We are also happy to answer any questions about how to use appliances and the bathroom facilities. Please note that if you arrive after 6:00 PM (depending on the season), we may switch to self check-in and visit you the following day. In that case, we will send you the door code in advance.

The Accommodation Tax ranges from JPY 200 to JPY 1,900 per person per night, depending on the Accommodation Fee. Payment is required on site.
