At MORIKAZE, we are committed to protecting the health and well-being of our guests, staff, and local community. To ensure a clean and safe environment during your stay, we have implemented the following measures: ■ Infection prevention measures from staff to guests 1) Staff members who are experiencing symptoms such as fever or cough refrain from coming to work. 2) Staff check their temperature before starting work to ensure they are fever-free. 3) Masks are worn during work, including when interacting with guests. (*Starting spring 2024, this will be at the discretion of the staff.) 4) Staff wash hands, gargle, and sanitize their hands before starting work and frequently during their shifts. ■ At the Facility 1) Adequate ventilation is maintained. 2) High-touch areas are regularly disinfected and cleaned. 3) Sanitizing gel is provided in the rooms. ■ We kindly ask for the cooperation of our guests in the following cases: 1) Guests with symptoms such as fever or cough are requested to refrain from using the Facility. 2) Guests may be asked to wear masks. 3) Guests may be asked to sanitize their hands before entering. 4) Guests may be asked to cooperate with temperature checks using a non-contact thermometer at check-in.
