1. At check-in, we will verify the identity of all guests. As a rule, check-in is available from 15:00 to 18:00. 2. If any guest has a fever or cold-like symptoms, we will follow the instructions of the public health center (including on weekends) and take appropriate measures. 3. During cleaning, in addition to standard cleaning, we disinfect using alcohol or sodium hypochlorite. 4. We thoroughly ventilate guest rooms during cleaning. 5. Staff always wash their hands and gargle after check-out and after check-in to prevent infection. Disinfection is also carried out regularly within the Facility. 6. Staff temperatures are checked daily. Anyone with cold-like symptoms stays at home and does not come to work. 7. All staff commute by car and do not go to places where many people gather. We ask that all guests meet the following conditions before staying with us: you have not been diagnosed with an infectious disease; within two weeks prior to your stay you have not had contact with anyone infected; you have not spent extended time in crowded, close-contact settings; and for several days prior to arrival you have had no cold-like symptoms. Guests with symptoms such as fever are kindly asked to refrain from staying. 2. Due to current infection-prevention measures, cleaning takes longer than usual. To ensure sufficient time for thorough cleaning, entry before 15:00 is not permitted. We would like to welcome you in perfect condition, so please check in after 15:00. Also, for identity verification purposes, please be sure to inform us in advance of your expected check-in time (between 15:00 and 18:00).
