■Important Request■
To help prevent underage drinking, we do not allow stays by guests under 20 years old without an accompanying adult.
The number of guests must be between 2 and a maximum of 10. Up to 2 children aged 3 or under may stay as Child Sharing Existing Bedding (free of charge). Any use exceeding the reserved number of guests (fraudulent guest count) is strictly prohibited.
*Please note: Due to system limitations, Reservations can only be made for up to 9 guests. If you wish to stay with 10 guests, please contact us directly.*
Please make a Reservation only after agreeing to the following:
1. “Fraudulent guest count” means that, regardless of intent or negligence, more people than the number of guests declared in advance stay overnight at or enter this villa without permission.
2. If a fraudulent guest count is discovered, for any reason whatsoever, the applicant must pay this villa twice the Accommodation Fee for the applicable number of people. In addition, from that point onward, the applicant will no longer be permitted to use this villa.
3. Entry onto the premises by anyone who is not staying overnight is not permitted. Unauthorized entry will be treated as a fraudulent guest count.
4. At this villa, headcount checks are conducted only outdoors and at the entrance using our Facility security camera system. In addition, staff may conduct checks from time to time as needed. The applicant agrees to cooperate with all guest-count verification measures at this villa.

About Hygiene Measures
We implement infection prevention measures in accordance with the COVID-19 guidelines. As part of our hygiene management, disinfectant is provided at the entrance, and cleaning and disinfection are carried out using alcohol. Using a hot plate or similar equipment for indoor yakiniku (grilled meat) is not permitted, as odors and oil splatter may affect subsequent guests. BBQ equipment rental is available for outdoor use, so please enjoy grilled meat outdoors.
