The sunken bathtub was designed so you can enjoy a clear ocean view even from the vanity area. From the bedroom, the open-air bath and pool are set at floor level to keep the scenery unobstructed. When you soak in the pool or open-air bath, your line of sight aligns with the water’s surface and the sea beyond, creating a seamless sense of unity. We also chose single-pane picture windows throughout (except for the terrace doors) to enhance the view and let you fully enjoy the expansive scenery.

Inspired by the beauty of Santorini in the Aegean Sea, our owner traveled the world with the hope of bringing that wonderful atmosphere to Japan—and was captivated by Kouri Island, where this property was built. We invite you to relax on peaceful Kouri Island, taking in the stunning “Kouri Blue” sea and beautiful sunsets. Escape your busy everyday life and enjoy an extraordinary place, space, and time.

We eliminated straight lines and incorporated gentle curves. Rounded corners create a warm, calming atmosphere. The living room ceiling is designed to be exceptionally high—almost like an open atrium—offering an outstanding sense of spaciousness.
