  Air conditioning available during the summer season.

  The room was spacious enough for a large group, but unfortunately, the air conditioner was broken during our stay. Even though it’s Hokkaido, summer nights were uncomfortably hot and made for a very unpleasant experience. We contacted the hotel several times by phone, and while they tried various solutions like resetting the breaker and emergency operation mode, only slightly warm air came out. It was truly disappointing. This accommodation does not have staff available after 10 PM, so any issues must be resolved by speaking with an operator over the phone, which was quite inconvenient. On a positive note, the hotel operates on a contactless check-in and check-out system that is efficient in terms of time. The amenities were average but sufficient. Having two toilets and a separate shower room in addition to the bathroom were also convenient features. Honestly speaking, if it weren’t for the air conditioning issue, I would have rated this stay much higher as the room itself was spacious enough. The hotel informed us that they would follow up via email or through their website later; however, after waiting 2-3 days without any response from them, I had no choice but to leave this low rating. It’s truly regrettable.
