About Hygiene Measures
"Explanation of COVID-19 Measures and Original Hygiene Practices at Our Property" COVID-19 Measures Based on the measures recommended by the Japanese government, we operate our Property under the following policies: - Avoiding the "Three Cs" (Closed spaces, Crowded places, Close-contact settings) - Ensuring "physical distancing," "wearing masks," and "hand hygiene such as handwashing" Specific Measures, Current Situation, and Ongoing Practices - As a one-building rental Property limited to one group of up to four guests per day, it is easy to maintain physical distancing and social distance. - The number of staff and external experience instructors is fewer than 10, ensuring that the Property is not a place with a high volume of people, including staff, coming and going. - The building itself is designed for good ventilation. This is a characteristic of Japanese architecture, which harmonizes with the surrounding nature, featuring many windows and an engawa (veranda) for viewing the garden. - A minimum of 48 hours is maintained between the stay of one group of guests and the next. Example: If a guest checks out on May 1, the next check-in will be on or after May 3. - Staff undergo temperature checks. - Ventilation is ensured during car transportation. - Staff wear masks or face shields. - Disinfection during cleaning has always been practiced and will continue to be thoroughly implemented. Example: Disinfection of doorknobs, slippers, handrails, toilets, and bathroom areas. High-pressure steam cleaning is used for floors. Requests to Guests - Following the guidance of the health department, we will conduct non-contact temperature checks at check-in. - If you experience symptoms such as fever or cough, please inform our staff. For any questions or concerns, please contact: Infection Control Representative: info@kishi-ke.co.jp
