Pines Cottage Yatsugatake Kittilä is a premium private rental cottage based on the popular “Valo” model by Honka, a Finnish log house manufacturer. The interior is thoughtfully designed with abundant solid-wood furnishings—including the kitchen, dining table, desk, and benches—creating a warm, inviting space. For longer stays, the cottage is fully equipped with a drum-type washer-dryer, a built-in system kitchen, a dedicated work desk, and Finnish-designed tableware and amenities from brands such as Marimekko and Iittala. With two separate bedrooms plus a loft (sleeps up to 5), it’s ideal for friends or two families traveling together.
We stayed here as a family of four—my husband, my mother, my son, and me. There is a supermarket called Himawari Market nearby, as well as a bakery called TRIFFLE, so we had no trouble at all even without meals included at the Accommodation.The bed sheets were soft and comfortable, and we really enjoyed staying in this log cabin with its clean wooden scent!Thank you very much. Pines Cottage Yatsugatake Kitilla is available for stays from just one night, and it is also well equipped for a Multiple Night Stay or a residence-style stay, with a full range of Facility features. With a warm solid-wood Woodone full-size kitchen and various kitchen appliances, you can cook with fresh Yatsugatake ingredients and serve them on Marimekko tableware to make everyday meals even more enjoyable. Complimentary amenities such as coffee beans and tea are also provided free of charge. A drum-type washer-dryer and a gas clothes dryer are available, so you can pack light and avoid spending time on loads of laundry after you return home.
