Policy Regarding the Spread of COVID-19 At Kanazawa Machiya Kenroku, we are implementing the following infection prevention measures to ensure that our guests can stay with peace of mind amidst the spread of COVID-19: - Disinfectant will be placed at the entrance of the Property, and a humidifier will be installed in the second-floor bedroom. - This Property is a private, whole-house rental exclusively for guests. Even our staff will not enter the Property once guests have checked in, as a general rule. Access to the Property by third parties is blocked via a key code system, ensuring there is no possibility of close contact with others inside the Property. Compared to other Properties, we believe this offers a safer environment. - Both the first and second floors have windows that allow for proper ventilation. - All staff members are required to wear masks and practice regular handwashing. - We have installed "Cleverin Stand Type," which is said to remove viruses and bacteria from surfaces and the air.
