■Important Notes■ By confirming the Reservation, you are deemed to have agreed to the following terms: 1. Refunds associated with changes or cancellations to the Reservation (such as changes in dates or number of guests) will be handled in accordance with the same rules as the cancellation policy. For refunds upon cancellation, please contact the Reservation site. 2. Due to legal requirements, we need information for all guests (name, age, gender, address, occupation, and for non-Japanese nationals, passport number and passport image, as well as a phone number for emergency contact). If this information is not submitted within one week of the Reservation date, we will not be able to share the key information. 3. It is prohibited to have guests or visitors who were not declared at the time of the Reservation, or to exceed the maximum capacity of 9 people. If exceeded, there is a possibility of business suspension, so please strictly adhere to this rule. In the event of business suspension, damages will be claimed through legal action. 4. Use of the Property for events or parties is prohibited. 5. Please refrain from any noise-causing activities, such as loud voices, loud music, nighttime parties, dancing, loud television or speaker volumes, or footsteps, both indoors and outdoors. Noise complaints or nuisance reports may result in business suspension. In such cases, damages will be claimed through legal action. 6. Shoes are strictly prohibited inside the Property. 7. Smoking is strictly prohibited on the premises. If evidence of smoking is found, a deodorization fee of 30,000 yen (excluding tax) will be charged. 8. Please refrain from actions that may dirty the Room (e.g., vomiting due to alcohol consumption). Cleaning fees may be charged if necessary. 9. Please do not go outside without wearing clothing. 10. Use of the balcony (including the jacuzzi) is prohibited from 9 PM to 6 AM, and eating or drinking is not allowed. When using the jacuzzi, please wear a swimsuit. 11. Please separate garbage into burnable, bottles/cans, and PET bottles, and store it in the designated bins inside the Room. 12. Sending luggage or mail to the Property prior to your stay is prohibited. 13. Please return the Room to a condition similar to its state at check-in upon departure. 14. Kindly gather all used towels in the bathroom. 15. Please strictly adhere to the check-out time of 11 AM due to cleaning schedules. Extensions cannot be accommodated. 16. Forgotten items will be shipped at your expense (cash on delivery). The storage period for forgotten items is two weeks after check-out. If no contact is made, the items will be disposed of. 17. Please contact us immediately if any damage occurs to the Property or its equipment during check-in or check-out. If damage is discovered after check-out, repair costs may be charged. 18. At least one member of the group must be 20 years of age or older. 19. Please note that there is no free parking available, and you will need to use coin-operated parking. 20. Due to the proximity to the beach, sand from the beach may be blown into the jacuzzi by the south wind. Please be aware of this. *To prevent false declarations of the number of guests and to monitor balcony usage, surveillance cameras are installed at the entrance and balcony.*
