Completely Contactless Check-in From Reservation to check-out, everything is conducted contactlessly. Before your arrival, we will explain the house rules, collect your signature, and receive the guest list. All necessary procedures, including confirming the check-in time, will be handled remotely. Room Key No physical keys or card locks are used. STARRY's security system is a remote lock system. By providing your preferred 4-digit code by the day before your arrival, this code will serve as your Room Key during your stay, eliminating the risk of contact infection from key handovers. Room No interaction with other guests. All Rooms are suite types equipped with kitchens. * The 1st-floor Street View 1LDK Suite has an independent design, allowing direct access to the Room from outside. * The 2nd-floor Mountain View 3LDK Suites can be accessed either by entering the entrance and taking the stairs or directly from the mountain-side deck. There are two units of Mountain View 3LDK Suites on the 2nd floor. * The 3rd-floor Mountain View 2LDK Suites can be accessed by entering the entrance and taking the stairs. There are two units of Mountain View 2LDK Suites on the 3rd floor. Front Desk There is no front desk or lobby. * The concierge is located in an office within a trailer house next to the building where you will be staying. * Communication with the concierge is available 24/7 via chat or phone using the tablet provided in each Room. Staff Fixed small team system. * The staff consists of a fixed team of local Japanese members throughout the year. During peak seasons, the team comprises 9 members, and during other times, 7 members. * Temperature checks are conducted upon staff arrival. Cleaning * Before check-in, the Room is disinfected using an ultrasonic sprayer with alkaline hypochlorous water "REALITS," creating a relaxing space with a refreshing aroma of essential oils. * Furniture is carefully cleaned with disinfectants. * Alkaline hypochlorous water "REALITS" is a weakly alkaline liquid with disinfecting properties that cannot be produced in Japan due to electricity-related regulations. It is manufactured by DuPont in the U.S. and imported to Japan in bulk. When hypochlorite ions, enclosed in high-purity water (alkaline ion water), come into contact with viruses (proteins), they react to provide a disinfecting effect. Approved by the Ministry of Health, Labour and Welfare as a food additive, it does not harm staff health during space spraying, unlike hypochlorous acid water. When sprayed during cleaning, the ions spread throughout the Room and settle on the floor, effectively completing disinfection of the entire Room. Important Request To minimize the risk of contact infection from outside, disinfectants are provided at the entrance and in the Hotel entrance. Please use them with care and attention.
