In response to COVID-19, we have introduced additional measures in line with global and local public health authority guidelines, enhancing our cleaning and hygiene protocols as follows: - Increased the frequency of cleaning and disinfecting across all Facilities, with a focus on high-traffic public areas such as lobbies, elevators, door handles, and restrooms. - Provided hand sanitizing gel and masks at the front desk for guests who wish to use them. - Requested all arriving guests to cooperate with temperature checks before entering the premises. - Asked all checking-in guests to complete a travel and health declaration form. - Ensured that all staff strictly adhere to prescribed standard operating procedures, including daily temperature checks and rigorous personal hygiene practices. Oakwood's regional response teams are available 24/7 to support our properties and are prepared to respond swiftly in the event of a reported COVID-19 case at any property.
