2. As this is a private machiya rental, staff are not on-site at all times; however, an emergency contact number is registered on a dedicated mobile phone. Please contact us in case of an emergency and we will respond promptly.
3. Depending on how the Facility is used, we may request improvements to the manner of use. If no improvement is observed, you may be asked to leave. Please note that no refunds will be provided in such cases.
4. Details such as check-in procedures will be sent to you by us after your Reservation.
5. This Accommodation is licensed under the Ryokan Business Act. Amenities such as toothbrushes, cotton pads, and shampoo are provided, so you can stay with peace of mind even for one night.
6. All fixtures and items in the Facility are available free of charge; however, some items are fragile because traditional fittings and antique fittings are used as part of the interior décor. Please handle with care.
7. If anything is damaged or malfunctions, please inform us without fail. For minor damage, we will cover repair costs. If we determine that the damage is significant and repairs require substantial expense, you may be required to pay the actual costs regardless of intent or negligence.
