1. As this is a historic wooden building, open flames are strictly prohibited and smoking is not allowed anywhere in the Facility.
2. This is a private machiya rental, so staff are not on-site at all times. However, an emergency contact number is registered on a dedicated mobile phone. Please contact us in case of an emergency and we will assist you promptly.
3. If your party is 7 guests or more, please select the correct number of guests in the questions section. We will inform you of any additional charges by email.
4. Depending on usage conditions, we may request improvements to how the Facility is used. If no improvement is observed, we may ask you to leave without notice. Please note that no refunds will be provided in such cases.
5. Details such as check-in instructions will be sent to you again after your Reservation.
6. This Accommodation is licensed under Japan’s Ryokan Business Act. Amenities such as toothbrushes, cotton pads, and shampoo are provided, so you can stay with peace of mind even for just one night.
7. All items and equipment inside the Facility are free to use; however, some fittings and furnishings are traditional or antique and may be fragile. Please handle them with care.
8. If anything is damaged or malfunctions, please be sure to notify us immediately. Minor damage will be repaired at our expense; however, if we determine that the damage is significant and repairs will be costly, you may be required to cover the actual costs regardless of intent or negligence.

- About a 20-minute walk (1.6 km) from JR Hokuriku Main Line “Kanazawa Station East Exit”

- From Bus Stop No. 6 at Kanazawa Station East Exit, take the Joka-machi Kanazawa Loop Bus (clockwise). Get off at the 3rd stop, “Moriyama 1-chome,” then walk about 3 minutes.

- Take a taxi from the taxi stand at Kanazawa Station East Exit: about 2 km (approx. 6 minutes).
