Installation of alcohol-based hand sanitizer Alcohol-based hand sanitizer is available in the entrance hall to help provide a safe and comfortable environment for our guests. 2. Enhanced regular disinfection We regularly disinfect high-touch areas such as Room doorknobs and doors, elevator buttons, interior surfaces, and powder room doors using alcohol-based disinfectant as appropriate. 3. Staff wearing masks when assisting guests To protect guest health and safety and maintain public hygiene, our service staff wear masks while assisting guests. [Measures for Staff] 1. Mandatory mask use when commuting Masks are provided to our group employees, and wearing them when commuting is mandatory. 2. Health checks before work Staff thoroughly check their temperature and sanitize their hands. Any staff member with a fever of 37.5°C or higher or who feels unwell will stay home until two days after symptoms have resolved as a precaution. 3. Additional alcohol-based hand sanitizer in back-of-house areas Additional alcohol-based hand sanitizer has been installed so that staff can always sanitize their hands after entering the office or using restrooms. 4. System to manage unwell staff members We have introduced action guidelines for illness and a system to monitor employee health conditions. 5. Refraining from non-essential outings and gatherings We prohibit non-essential business trips, ban overseas travel, and instruct employees to refrain from attending gatherings with unspecified numbers of people, events, group dining by workplace units, meetings, etc. 6. Staggered commuting hours Mainly for administrative departments, we implement commuting schedules that avoid peak congestion times to help prevent infection. Requests to Guests To ensure all guests can use this Facility with peace of mind, we ask for your cooperation in using alcohol-based hand sanitizer upon arrival.
