If your check-in time will be later than scheduled, please make sure to contact us.

Regarding the number of guests, we generally do not accept additional guests.
Permission will only be granted to those who agree to the following conditions:
* For Rooms designed for 6 or 8 guests, we allow an additional guest (up to 1 person). However, a Facility usage fee will be charged as follows: ¥3,000 per person aged 0–5 years, and ¥5,000 per person aged 6 years and above. (Please note that we cannot provide extra bedding, so we kindly ask for your understanding in advance.)
