Meals enjoyed in the refreshing air of Tsukahara Highlands are truly exceptional. We provide all necessary camping gear in advance, and meals are included as part of the package. Surrounded by the nature of Tsukahara Highlands, with majestic Mt. Yufu stretching out before you—and a sky full of stars at night—you can easily immerse yourself in the great outdoors. In 2023, we opened our private sauna “Stillness,” marking a new chapter as a wellness resort.

Gathering around a campfire feels like stepping into a small universe. Adults and children alike are drawn into its mysterious rhythm, losing track of time as they watch the flickering flames and find a quiet calm within. Meals by the campfire are available only for “Cabin” type Rooms. (Guests staying in villas with a sauna will be served at the on-site dining area.)

Enjoy an authentic Finnish sauna experience—the birthplace of sauna culture. Two private sauna rooms (electric and wood-fired) with self löyly, a cold plunge filled with natural underground spring water, and a steam bath are available for exclusive use. For outdoor relaxation, unwind while gazing at the deep forest right in front of you or the summit of Mt. Yufu—pure bliss awaits at this 600 m mountain resort. Free rentals include bath towels, face towels, and swimsuits for women and men (swimsuits are used during outdoor relaxation).
