In accordance with Ishigaki City's infection prevention measures, we kindly request that you monitor your health and take your temperature for three days following your checkout date. To confirm there are no signs of fever or other symptoms indicative of a potential COVID-19 infection, we will contact you via email or other means on the third day after checkout. In the event that you experience fever or cold-like symptoms, we kindly ask that you notify the Facility immediately. As part of our COVID-19 prevention measures, we are refraining from face-to-face key handovers during check-in for the time being. The procedure will be provided via email after your Reservation is confirmed. During face-to-face guidance or reception, our staff will wear masks, and we kindly request that guests also wear masks. A disinfectant spray is available at the entrance. Please use it before entering the Facility. However, we ask that you refrain from taking it with you. As disinfectant sprays and cleaning products are in short supply on the island, we kindly request that you bring any necessary supplies for your sightseeing activities. We disinfect frequently touched areas such as Facility keys, doorknobs, TV and air conditioner remotes, light switches, and indoor slippers during each cleaning. Additionally, we use an antibacterial aroma diffuser to disinfect the entire Facility. If you experience mild fever, coughing, sneezing, or other symptoms of illness just before your arrival on the island, we kindly ask that you refrain from visiting.
