About Hygiene Measures
[Hotel Initiatives] 1. Installation of hand sanitizer Hand sanitizer is available throughout the Hotel to create an environment in which guests can use it easily. 2. Enhanced regular disinfection We regularly disinfect shared areas that guests frequently touch, including public areas, guest rooms, restaurants, and restroom doors. (elevator buttons, doorknobs, switches, chairs, tables, remote controls, electric kettles, telephones, hair dryers, etc.) 3. Strengthened droplet infection prevention measures Acrylic partitions and vinyl sheets have been installed at the front desk and cashier counters and on some tables. To protect guests’ health and safety as well as public hygiene, our service staff wear masks. We also ensure thorough ventilation during guest room cleaning and in the restaurant. 4. Ensuring physical distancing To help maintain physical distancing in elevators and restaurants, we limit the number of users/guests at a time. 5. Facility measures We ensure thorough ventilation during guest room cleaning. In the restaurant, we maintain adequate spacing between tables and thoroughly disinfect tables, chairs, menus, etc., when seating changes occur. [Employee Initiatives] 1. Health checks before work Employees check their temperature and sanitize their hands upon arrival at work. Any employee with a fever of 37.0°C or higher or who feels unwell will stay home until they recover and their condition has improved sufficiently to return to work safely. 2. Personal hygiene management during work hours Employees are encouraged to wash hands frequently and to sanitize hands regularly (including gargling). 3. Installation of hand sanitizer in back-of-house areas Hand sanitizer is provided so that employees can sanitize their hands without exception when entering/leaving offices or after using restrooms. 4. System for managing unwell employees We have established action guidelines for when an employee feels unwell and introduced a system to monitor employees’ health conditions consistently throughout employment periods where necessary for safety compliance purposes within operational standards set by management policies regarding illness prevention protocols implemented across all departments involved with guest services operations within this Hotel facility environment overall ensuring continued adherence towards maintaining safe working conditions while minimizing risks associated with
