A renovated traditional Japanese house in “Ukai no Sato,” available for exclusive rental of the entire Accommodation.
The clear stream of the Nagara River flows through the heart of Gifu City. A 100-year-old traditional Japanese house located in "Ukai no Sato" by the riverside has been renovated by an architect's own hands. While preserving the nostalgic charm of the old house, the bathroom has been completely renewed with hinoki wood, creating a vintage suite. Perfect for families or groups, you can enjoy the luxury of having the entire space to yourselves. Ideally located for a riverside stroll along the nature-filled Nagara River or exploring the historic castle town. Savor the flavors of Gifu, including traditional tatami room steak and kaiseki cuisine. Nagaragawa Ukai (Cormorant Fishing): May 11th – October 15th (subject to weather conditions)
