● To reduce the risk of infection, we have implemented self-check-in. ● As this is a Property limited to one group per day, there will be no contact with anyone other than the guests with a Reservation. ● Since this is a vacation rental type Property, staff will not enter the Room after check-in. Even in the case of a Multiple Night Stay, staff will not enter the Room unless requested. ● During cleaning, we thoroughly disinfect the entire Room (including ethanol) in addition to cleaning all touchable surfaces. ● Our Property ensures an adequate supply of masks and alcohol disinfectants, and cleaning staff wear new disposable gloves and masks during cleaning. ● During cleaning, we always open all Room windows for ventilation, and on sunny days, we sun-dry all bedding and other items. ● For check-in assisted by staff, alcohol disinfectant is provided at the counter. ● Check-in staff will always wear masks while assisting guests. ● We provide free masks to guests upon request (limited to the number of guests in the Reservation). ● Alcohol gel is provided at the entrance of each Room.
