■ Disclaimer Regarding Facility Malfunctions ■

In the event of disasters or other circumstances causing the following malfunctions, and if repairs cannot be completed in time for your stay, the following compensation policies will apply:

＜Cases Where We Will Bear Costs or Provide Refunds＞
・If we determine that staying at the Property is impossible due to a tsunami or earthquake:
　→ Full refund at a later date (bank transfer fees covered by us)
・If there is a malfunction such as no hot water in the bath:
　→ We will cover the usage fees for nearby Onsen Facilities for the number of guests
　　(*Please temporarily pay upfront.)
　→ Alternatively, cancellation is also possible (bank transfer fees covered by us).

＜Cases Where We Will Not Bear Costs or Provide Refunds＞
・If malfunctions or defects occur in the garden/outdoor Facilities
　(e.g., BBQ-related malfunctions, outdoor showers)

We conduct regular maintenance to prevent malfunctions; however, in the unlikely event of an issue, we kindly ask for your understanding of the above policies in advance.

Please come directly to the Property. We will hand over the keys at the reception.
