1. Due to the historical wooden architecture, the facility is strictly non-smoking and no open flames are allowed.
2. As this is a private townhouse rental, staff are not stationed on-site; however, an emergency contact number is registered on a dedicated mobile phone for your use. Please rest assured that we will respond promptly in case of emergencies.
3. Depending on how the facility is used, we may request improvements in usage methods. If no improvement is observed, you may be asked to vacate the premises without a refund. Thank you for your understanding in advance.
4. Details regarding check-in procedures will be sent to you after completing your reservation with us.
5. This accommodation operates under a Ryokan business license and provides amenities such as toothbrushes, cotton pads, and shampoo for your convenience from just one night's stay onward.
6. All equipment within the facility can be used free of charge; however, please handle items with care as some furnishings include traditional or antique pieces that are fragile.
7. In case of damage or malfunction, please report it immediately to us. Minor damages will be repaired at our expense; however, if significant damage requiring costly repairs occurs (as determined by us), you may be charged actual repair costs regardless of intent or negligence.
8. Accommodation Tax must be paid in cash upon check-in day.
