2. As this is a private machiya rental, staff are not on-site at all times; however, an emergency contact number is registered on a dedicated mobile phone. Please contact us in case of emergency and we will assist you promptly.
3. Depending on how the Facility is used, we may request improvements to the way it is being used. If no improvement is observed, we may ask you to leave the Accommodation. Please note that no refunds will be provided in such cases.
4. Details such as check-in procedures will be sent to you by us after your Reservation.
5. This Accommodation is licensed under the Ryokan Business Act. Amenities such as toothbrushes, cotton pads, and shampoo are provided, so you can stay with peace of mind even for just one night.
6. All items and equipment in the Facility are available free of charge; however, some furnishings use traditional fittings or antique fixtures as interior décor and may be fragile. Please handle with care.
