■Check-in Procedure■
(1) 3:00 PM–5:00 PM
- Check-in is handled at the Tsuwano Town Tourism Association “Tourist Information Center” in front of JR Tsuwano Station.
After completing check-in, we will escort you on foot (about a 5-minute walk) to the Machiya Stay.
(Details will be provided and confirmed after your Reservation by email, phone, or mail.)
- On the day of arrival, please fill out the guest registration form at the information counter, and we will then guide you to the machiya.

(2) If checking in after 5:00 PM
Please contact us in advance. Depending on your time and preference, we can assist you at JR Tsuwano Station, at the property, or at the property parking area.
