Our accommodation implements COVID-19 prevention measures to ensure a safe and comfortable stay for all guests. ■ Staff Measures - Staff practice regular handwashing, gargling, and wear masks. - Regular temperature checks are conducted for staff. - Social distancing is maintained during guest interactions. ■ Cleaning Measures - Regular disinfection of the facility (including restaurants and banquet halls). - Disinfection of guest rooms after each use. - Slippers in guest rooms are disinfected after each use. - Linens, towels, and laundry are washed following local authority guidelines. - Guest rooms are sealed after cleaning until the next guest's arrival. - All dishes, cutlery, glasses, and other tableware are sanitized thoroughly. - Masks and disposable gloves are worn during cleaning (including bedding arrangements). - A sufficient number of towels is provided to avoid reuse during stays. - Trash is securely sealed in plastic bags before disposal. ■ Ventilation Measures - Guest rooms are ventilated regularly. ■ Check-in/Check-out Measures - Contactless or non-face-to-face check-in/check-out options available. ■ Guest Room Measures - Hand sanitizers provided in each room. - Frequently touched items (e.g., doorknobs, room keys, teacups) disinfected after every use. ■ For Guests - Guests are requested to sanitize their hands upon arrival (e.g., with alcohol sanitizer). - Temperature checks requested at check-in. ■ Emergency Response - Staff receive regular training on handling health issues or suspected/confirmed infections effectively.
