At Condominium Hotel Nagura Village, we prioritize the health and safety of our guests and employees. To ensure a safe and comfortable stay, we have implemented the following preventive measures against COVID-19: [Measures in Public Spaces within the Hotel] We conduct disinfection and ventilation using alcohol and hypochlorous acid in the Hotel front desk and breakfast area. Alcohol-based hand sanitizers are placed at the entrances, and we kindly ask guests to sanitize their hands. Additionally, transparent vinyl sheets are installed at the front desk to prevent droplet transmission. [Guest Rooms] In addition to regular cleaning, we thoroughly disinfect frequently touched areas such as doorknobs, remote controls, and switches. [Measures for Employees] Our staff members wear masks and undergo temperature checks and hand sanitization. Employees showing symptoms such as a fever of 37.5°C or higher or a cough are instructed to stay at home. [Requests to Guests] We conduct temperature checks and health condition confirmations at check-in for all guests. If you experience symptoms such as a cough or fever during your stay, please inform us immediately. Furthermore, in accordance with the Ishigaki City COVID-19 guidelines dated May 15, 2020, we kindly request your cooperation in monitoring your temperature and health for three days after your stay and responding to health checks from the Property. [Changes to Breakfast Service] To avoid the "Three Cs" (closed spaces, crowded places, and close-contact settings) in the breakfast area, we have changed our breakfast service to a bento box format. We will continue to focus on creating an environment where our guests can stay with peace of mind.
