An Accommodation designated as a National Registered Tangible Cultural Property, where tradition and elegance live on

Founded in 1883, this Accommodation offers nearly 140 years of tradition and refined elegance. The architectural beauty of the main building—where painter Yumeji Takehisa, poets Tekkan and Akiko Yosano, and Sun Yat-sen, known as the father of the Chinese Revolution, once stayed—is registered as a Tangible Cultural Property of Japan. One of its highlights is the wide range of room types to suit every occasion, including traditional Japanese-style rooms, Japanese-Western suite rooms, rooms with open-air baths, and private detached villas. In a space filled with nostalgic charm, enjoy seasonal local cuisine along with the large Onsen bath and private baths fed by the property’s own free-flowing natural hot spring source.
