Since our founding in 1953, Nagisakan has grown alongside Atami’s seaside. In November 2025, we enter a new era as Chapter Two of our story of “the sound of waves and healing” begins. From top-floor suites with private Onsen baths to a variety of other Rooms, we offer options to suit every stay. Our ocean-view Rooms provide an exclusive panoramic view of Sagami Bay. From our riverside Rooms, you can enjoy views of the famous early-blooming “Atami Sakura,” known as Japan’s earliest cherry blossoms. We also offer pet-friendly Rooms where you can stay with your dog—please choose the Room that best fits your travel style.

On the premises, you will find a restaurant where you can enjoy seasonal Japanese cuisine, as well as private dining rooms tailored to your group size, including “Itokawa” (for up to 6 guests) and “Baika” (for up to 4 guests). We serve fresh seafood and vegetables nurtured by Atami’s abundant nature, prepared to bring out the ingredients’ natural flavors. Our large public bath on the 9th floor features a Japanese-modern design inspired by traditional architecture and offers an ocean-view bath with panoramic views of Sagami Bay. In the in-room baths on the top (10th) floor, unwind in a Shigaraki-ware tub with free-flowing natural hot spring water to gently soothe away travel fatigue.

One of Japan’s leading year-round fireworks events, held more than 10 times a year. At Nagisakan, you can enjoy the fireworks from your Room or open-air bath, savoring this breathtaking show that lights up Atami’s night sky from the comfort of a private space. In addition, we host special events on Nagisakan’s rooftop.
