  • We were extremely satisfied!

    My first time in Beppu Onsen. Everyone provided courteous service, and I was completely satisfied with all the Onsen facilities.If I had to mention one thing, as an older man I couldn’t figure out how to use the hair dryer.All the meals were delicious, but I would have been happy if there were a few more Kyushu-style dishes.If I have a chance to visit Beppu again, I’d like to stay here again.Thank you very much.

  • A Long-Awaited Trip

    I decided to visit a Ryokan in Beppu again after a long time and stayed at Annex Umine. I had booked a plan with meals, but I arrived too late for dinner and couldn’t eat it. Even so, the staff were very courteous and kindly recommended nearby places to dine. The Room was clean, and it was great to be able to enjoy the sauna and Onsen without worrying about the time. Next time, I’d like to arrive earlier and relax and enjoy everything to the fullest.
